Just want to appraise the customer services. I ordered a bed and changed my mind two days later. The bed hadn't been dispatched, soJust want to appraise the customer services. I ordered a bed and changed my mind two days later. The bed hadn't been dispatched, so the customer services (Shelby) promptly cancelled my order. I got refunded on the same day. I don't know about the quality of the bed but this is excellent customer service.
